Downloads a file from a specified URL address on the Internet.
The DOWNLOAD command is intended for downloading files, especially larger files such as images, archives, setup programs, updates or videos. The file is saved directly to the specified target file. To retrieve web documents such as HTML pages, PDF files, XML files or other text based Internet documents, use the GETURL command instead.
GETURL is limited to a maximum size of 2 MB. For larger files, use DOWNLOAD.
URL
The URL should be entered in the format according to RFC 1738.
Target file
Enter a valid Windows file name as the target file. If Z-Cron cannot create the specified file, the command is aborted. In the file name the following dummies can be used:
