The Z-Software are based on certain Microsoft system files and require specific minimum versions of these files. These DLL files are supplied with our programs.
I have problems with a program, what should I do?
Please send an email to support@z-dbackup.de with a precise error description. This should include the error number, the error text, a screenshot if available, a description of how the error occurred so that it can be reproduced, and information about your computer system, such as operating system, service packs, special configuration, memory, processor and so on.
The more specific your information is, the better the chances of finding a solution.
For email and support requests, please include the following information:
• Program version
• Operating system / service pack
• Exact error message
• Description of how the error can be reproduced
• Screenshot if available
• Invoice number, shopping cart number or customer number if available
Please zip all email attachments, such as images and log files. Otherwise, it may happen that these files are treated as spam by our ticket system. This can unnecessarily delay a quick response.
Please understand that answering support requests may take longer at weekends.
