 The Z-Cron controlled power switch Cleware USB-Switch turns devices operated at 230 V on and off. The maximum current is 16 A, maximum 3.500 W rated load AC1 (non inductive). The single phase motor rating is 550 W. Please contact the dealer of the device to be switched for more information. The USB-Switch should be operated in inner rooms only and should be protected against humidity. The permissible operating temperature range is 10° - 60° Celsius.
Z-Cron may turn the Z-USB-Switch into a time switch. Different repeat interval, start and end times may be specified. Up to 127 switches may theoretically be connected to a PC using several HUBs. The HUBs used must use a separate power supply. When using Z-USB-Switch devices it is not neccessary to install device drivers. The standard USB drivers are sufficient. So the system stability will not be harmed.
 The Commands POWERON and POWEROFF are meant for the Z-USB-Switch with one power socket. To controll the power of Z-USB-Switch-3 with three power sockets you have to use the command POWERSWITCH.

The usage of the USB-Switch is strictly prohibited in the following applications:
•medical application of any kind
•production and processing of food
•when the failure of the sensor will harm people
PC programs may fail or interference may be caused by other programs. Don't connect devices to the USB switch whose failure or unexpected switching may cause harm!
