Terminate Programs and Processes

DESTROY
The DESTROY command lets you have windows with the specified title closed on schedule. Enter the desired window title into the field Program: or simply use the  ...  field for a window selection after you have started the program you wish to close with Z-Cron.

KILL
Using the command KILL you can quit programs on schedule with Z-Cron. Enter the program name and path into the field Program: or simply use the  ..  button for a program selection.

KILLWIN
In contrast to the KILL command, you can use the KILLWIN command to close all windows with a given word in their window title. Specify the window name or a part of that name, and Z-Cron will close all windows/software with that name on schedule. Unlike DESTROY, this command also works with single words from a window's title bar and is especially suited to close windows of Internet Explorer.

KILLWINJOB
In contrast to the KILL command, you can use the KILLWIN command to close all windows with a given word in their window title. Specify the window name or a part of that name, and Z-Cron will close all windows/software with that name on schedule. Unlike DESTROY, this command also works with single words from a window's title bar and is especially suited to close windows of Internet Explorer. This command has the added option to run another job.
